Every week at Allison Academy is special in its own way, depending on the organized events where we strive to provide interesting, educational, and fun experiences for our students, families, and staff. The previous week was marked by two special events that were eagerly awaited.
Celebrating the joy of love: extra special Valentine’s day at Allison Academy
Last week at Allison Academy was all about celebrating Valentine’s Day, spreading love and showing how much we care about each other as the real family that we are! Our celebration took place in several steps. Firstly, in anticipation of Valentine’s Day, our amazing student government prepared a special Valentine’s edition of candy grams. Anyone who wanted to surprise a crush, friend or loved one were able to buy roses, along with chocolate or a letter. The second step was organizing the performance of our choir, who delighted everyone present with their performance and selection of love songs that marked this special celebration. The third step presented joint enjoyment, singing, dancing, and to make the day even sweeter, we treated ourselves with Valentine’s candy grams!
All eyes on the Suns’: Allison Academy's basketball team shows off their talents
Excellent results are proof that hard work and persistence always pay off, once again proven by the talented Allison Academy basketball team. Our amazing Suns’ put on an exhilarating game last Thursday in which they displayed their skills, effort, and teamwork. Every minute of the game was exciting, and we used this great opportunity to cheer on our student athletes and show our school pride!
