Allison Academy strives to foster leadership qualities in students who aspire to become future leaders.
Those who show that they possess unique qualities of visionaries who see the ways in which they can contribute to the school community and improve it, are chosen to join the ranks of the Student Council and run for an official position.
Election day at Allison Academy is here and it has been an incredible experience and opportunity for our students to cultivate and promote important skills like leadership, communication, teamwork, organization and public speaking.
This special day for the school has only been a rehearsal for our students to show the school and the public who attended the event their great ambitions to change society, step by step.
Promote yourself in a creative way
Allison Academy students who attended and participated in the election day witnessed various incredibly creative student campaigns put together by student candidates who shared their vision for the school’s future and the elaborate ways to express it. The school walls were covered in extravagant posters with fun slogans, which suggested to the voters why they should choose the candidates.
The candidates then held speeches and presented their ideas, and were greeted with widespread enthusiasm from their peers. The speeches were a great performance in which the candidates exhibited and practiced their public speaking skills and successfully communicated their vision to the audience. Students running for the same position also debated with their opponents and argued their position.
New Allison Academy leaders are born!
Following the elections, our students have carefully chosen the new Student Council representatives!
Chosen candidates will represent Allison Academy students’ best interest in order to improve and grow their school for the sake of creating a bright future for the coming generations of Allison students.
As the new voices in the council with fresh ideas and visions, the new representatives will continue to be proactive in their effort to bring out unique perspectives, be in charge of creating quality school life, and stand for the best interest of the whole school.
The winners merrily celebrated their victory and shared their happiness with their peers.
